Beancurd 50g 

Minced pork 120g

Corn kernels 40g 

Egg 1/2pc


Sugar 1/4tsp

Chicken powder 1/4tsp 

Light soy sauce 1tsp 

Caltrop starch 1tsp 

Oil 1/2 tsp 

Ground white pepper as needed

How to cook:

1.  Whisk egg and set aside.

2.  Wipe dry beancurd. Crush with a spoon and mix with corn kernels, whisked egg, seasoning and minced pork. Stir in a direction and transfer to a plate. Steam over high heat for 8-10 minutes. Serve.
