Shrimp 12 pc
Seasoning
Chicken Stock as appropriate
Egg White 1 pc
Cornstarch 1tbsp
Shaoxing Rice Wine 1 tsp
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
White Pepper 1 dash
Thickening
Chicken Broth 250mL
Soya Sauce 1 tbsp
Scallion 1 tbsp (chopped)
Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Sesame Sauce 1 tbsp
How to make it
1. Morel softened with warm water then cut open with scissors. Shrimp washed, cut in half then flattened and cleaver-minced into shrimp paste.
2. Mix shrimp pastes with seasoning, then divide into small portions and stuff into morels.
3. Put stuffed morels to steam for 8 mins.
4. Bring thickening to boil, then pour onto steamed morels and serve.
